The core strength of The Energy Storm is found in our adherence a set of tenants which are in a ongoing process of refinement:

PEB shall endeavor to maintain a virtual space for the display of original works of art at no cost to neither the various artists involved, nor to the viewing public.
2.)
Our formula for maintaining an intriguing web site is as follows: to combine online galleries of visual artwork with original writings, and to complement the aforementioned entertaining elements with the promotion of a set of positive social opinions that are reasonably non - controversial.

The leisure of the fictional expressions is balanced with semi - educational essays about the history of American cultural changes during the previous forty years.

3.)
PEB, in its organizationally - sanctioned writings, shall strive to maintain a secular mindset towards any of our public communication.  Individual artists and authors associated with PEB, however, would merely be encouraged, never required, to adhere to a secular mentality within their works which are posted on the PEB web site.
4.)
To never openly promote any particular political candidate. However, we certainly maintain that there is room for improvement within our American government.

Thus, certain comments integrated into our Washington Abstract section do express a certain amount of dissatisfaction with areas of dysfunction exhibited within the Federal levels of government.
